Matthew Graduated from Michigan State University College of Law in 2006 with honors. He was a student associate at Michigan State’s low-income taxpayer clinic and a law clerk with State of Michigan Office of Financial and Insurance Services, where he defended the citizens of Michigan against abusive securities and insurance transactions. Since passing the Illinois Bar exam in 2006, Matthew has concentrated in the practice of representing consumers in Illinois and across the nation in consumer debt relief including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcies, IRS and State Tax representation and negotiation and foreclosure defense. In 2008, he received his Masters of Law in Taxation from Chicago Kent College of Law. In 2010, Matthew co-founded Community Tax Relief, LLC and is the Director of Resolution. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, American Bar Association, NATP, and ASTPS.
